Store Policy – Exchanges , Returns & Exchange

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for all items in alternative sizes or colors ONLY, subject to availability. 

Exchange of other design will have to go through the return process. 

All exchange requests must be initiated via email (Therebelplus@gmail.com) and has to be done within 7 days of receiving the items.

Customers are required to request and complete a Return/Exchange Form before proceeding with the return or exchange.

To proceed, the item must be returned via one of the following methods:
• Trackable mail (e.g. Sing Post or courier) or
• In-person drop-off at our office:
2 Jalan Rajah, #05-02, Singapore 329134

For drop-offs, customers are required to provide a clear photo of the returned parcel as proof.


 Return Requirements
All items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects, with all original tags intact. Kindly also note that all returns have to be done within 7 days of receiving the items.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or return and will be rejected.
• For mailed returns, tracking details must be provided together with return/exchange forms.
• For drop-offs, photo confirmation is required with return/exchange forms.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Store credits have no expiry date and may be used for future purchases.
